Print photojournalism is keeping up with the times by moving to Flash-based online presentations. The New York Times,and The Washington Post, etc. use reporter voice-overs, NPR-like interviews and ambient sounds to help portray stories. Two examples of contemporary storytelling are Monocle Magazine’s Reportage section, and Magnum Photos’ essay on AIDS; the latter features work by one of my favorite photographers, Alex Majoil.
